Confirmation Policy

Please confirm your appointment by texting us at least 12 hours in advance. Appointments not confirmed within that timeframe will be cancelled

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. This helps us serve all clients effectively.

Uploading Documents

Please ensure that all documents are uploaded no later than 5 days before your appointment. If the documents are not received in time, we may need reschedule your appointment.
